The Wiggin Sports team are delighted to have advised Velocity Sport Limited on various aspects of its acquisition of a majority stake in RCD Espanyol de Barcelona, which included navigating the complex multi-club ownership rules. The Wiggin team was led by Head of Sports and Partner, David Hinchliffe, who was primarily supported by Tim Howden, Shaney Stevens-Neale, Daniel Whybrew, and Chris Hanson.
